Southern Coating & Nameplate (SCN) was launched in 1972 by founder, Bob Osborne. In just a few years the North Little Rock, Arkansas company was a major factor in the Little Rock market. By the early 80s, SCN was shipping high quality labels and nameplates to 16 states and 2 foreign countries.
The reason for SCN's success then was the same as it is now: offering the highest quality products, providing second-to-none customer service and offering competitive prices.
