Computer Aided Signs (C.A.S.) - We also specialize in short run labels and Wide Format digital printing, using the Gerber Edge Printing System and full color printing with our Roland Solvent Printer. This department provides quick turnaround and solutions to your hard-to-answer printing problems.

Wide Format digital printing - We also produce Wide Format digital graphics, using the Roland Solvent printer. This process allows for short run multi-color labels with minimal setup, oversized print/cut decals, all the way up to full vehicle wrap graphics.

Doming - Our Doming Machines can make labels that will look light years ahead of your competition. Doming enhances flat labels and nameplates in an acrylic dome that gives the label a 3-D effect. Domed labels and nameplates last longer than standard products and protect your image. SCN can dome micro pieces or up to very large (2'x2'). No job is too big or too small!

Laser Die Cutting - Southern Coating & Nameplate's newest addition is Laser Die Cutting. In fact, the Laser Die Cutter at SCN is one of the most advanced systems in the world - and is capable of being sheet or roll fed on a wide variety of materials. SCN's laser system is capable of a wide variety range of cutting and marking jobs including kiss cutting, through-cutting, consecutive numbering, personalizing, perforating, creasing - all in one cycle with both web and sheet.
