Flexography

Frequently used for printing on foil, acetate film, and other materials, flexography uses flexible printing plates made of rubber or plastic. The inked plates with a slightly raised image are rotated on a cylinder which transfers the image to the substrate. Flexography uses fast-drying inks, is a high-speed print process, can print on many types of absorbent and non-absorbent materials, and can print continuous patterns in multiple colors. Also known as flexographic printing or flexo.

Screen Printing

Printing method where the ink is forced through open fabric areas on the substrate by means of a squeegee. Screen printing has a number of advantages compared to other printing methods such as consistent ink quality, short production preparation time, possibility of printing small batches, and prints on many kinds of substrate. The print is very durable and the printing method offers the highest level of versatility.

Laser die cutter

Our Die Cutter is one of the most powerful in the USA - rated at a full 300 watts. Capable of kiss cutting, through-cutting, consecutive numbering, personalizing, perforating, creasing - all in one cycle - and this can be done on both web and sheet!

SCN's Doming Machines can make your labels look light years ahead of your competition. Doming enhances flat labels and nameplates in an acrylic dome that gives the label a 3D effect. Domed labels and nameplates last longer than standard products and protect your image. SCN can dome micro pieces or up to very large (2'x2'). No doming job is too large or too small for SCN!
